Recently, John A Thain, chief executive officer of the New York Stock Exchange, visited Fudan University and delivered a speech entitled "China and the World Economy."  He pointed out that the NYSE has had great friendship with the financial organization of China and China is the biggest source of listed corporations in the Asia-Pacific region.
