From January to November, Yangpu District has attracted 2,338 enterprises, accounting for 117 percent of its annual plan. Contracted investment reached 3.92 billion yuan (US$472 million), accounting for 131 percent of the annual plan. In the period, 37 foreign-invested projects have been approved in the district, with the contracted investment totalling US$102.27 million.
