The Cultural Center of Wujiaochang Community, Yangpu District, was launched on February 3. With a total investment of about 21 million yuan (US$2.53 million), the center covers nearly 5,100 square meters and was under construction for one year. The center will be utilized to enrich the lives of nearby residents and provide life-long education.
