The electronic display boards at Shanghai Railway Station are now broadcasting cartoon shorts on social morality. The shorts, which are screened 24 hours, have been created by teenage cartoon fans. They depict great vividness and humor in their works. The district plans to set up more screens for pedestrians at the traffic lights of three main road crossings.
