Part of the Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway will be expanded early next year, the Shanghai Engineering Administrative Bureau announced yesterday. Nanjing is the capital city of Jiangsu Province. The project will expand the current four-lane expressway to make room for six to eight lanes. Officials said the project aims to make room for more traffic between the city and Jiangsu.
