Millionaire Dating Agency in Hangzhou

According to Oriental Morning Post, a dating agency in Hangzhou, Zhejiang
Province, recently started millionaire-dating service that requires a
registration fee of 50,000 yuan (not including ads), which can't be returned
even if the dating ends up in failure.
Their reporter found the
definition of "millionaire" on their homepage. First, he must have an annual
income of no less than a million yuan. Second, he must be an executive of a very
famous enterprise or a scholar; if not, he must have a company of his own. Only
those who meet the above standard can register with the dating
agency.
That dating agency has also set up a so-called "beauty bank" for
the registered millionaires, which puts very strict requirement for the women
who want to apply for it. They have to be "pretty, over 160 cm tall, well-shaped
in figure and replete with feminine charm." They must have a steady occupation;
if not, they must be undergraduates. There is also a requirement for their
language skills, that they must be at least bilingual. Last but not least, they
must be single Chinese women over 18 years old.
The dating agency said
that they would also contact the female contestants in the pop idol contests in
private, and put those willing to date a millionaire in the beauty
bank.
Any millionaire can tell the agency his requirements, whereby the
agency will compose a dating plan for him, which will be carried out after he
pays the registration fee. Then the agency will make a list of up-to-standard
girls, even including college students and airhostesses, from which the
millionaire can choose the one he would like to meet.
However, a lawyer
pointed out the loophole in the stipulation of the dating agency. As no money
will be given back to the millionaire if the dating fails, the agency can make
money by arranging fake dates, and instigate the girl to break up first, then
the millionaire will have to register again to meet a next girl. In this way, it
can defraud the millionaire of a large sum of money.
