Rock singer Chang Chen Yue from Taiwan will perform a concert last night at
the Beijing Exhibition Center, the Beijing Daily Messenger reports.
Chang is expected to sing some of the 30 hits he has had during his 14-year
singing career, including his new song "Pining Is a Kind of Illness," a single
from the newly released album "OK." He has invited Taiwan's R&B band Hot Dog
to perform with him.
Known as the Taiwan's "bad boy," Chang has prepared some special souvenirs
for the audience -- hats and T-shirts that he designed himself, as well as
autographed DVDs.
Tickets to the show sold out because the prices were affordable. The highest
price was set at 680 yuan, or about 92 US dollars.
