    When the rain falls A collection of umbrellas is hung at Century Avenue Station yesterday, marking the start of the second phase of an umbrella-lending program run by the Shanghai Metro Operation Co. The scheme offers 5,000 to 10,000 longhandled umbrellas to passengers on eight Metro lines.- Shanghai Daily
