Consumers beef about unspeedy deliveries

Consumer gripes about express delivery and after-sale maintenance led the
list of service complaints during the National Day holiday, while beefs about
communications devices and food topped the products list.
The targets of
consumer anger were typical of past "Golden Weeks," according to the Shanghai
Commission of Consumers Rights and Interests Protection.
