Shanghai commercial authorities are investigating a hotel which claims to be on an upmarket street but is, in fact, somewhere else.

The Shanghai Concord International Hotel & Suites, which is on the corner of Zhenning Road and Yong°?yuan Road, advertises that it is at 2068 Nanjing Road W. In fact there is no 2068 on Nanjing Road W, and the hotel is a block away from the street.
