Shanghai will carry out a citywide collection to donate to Sichuan Province this month to help the quake survivors during winter.

People can donate money, clothes or quilts from Thursday until October 28. The aid will be sent to the province at the end of the month, said the Shanghai Charity Affairs Bureau.
