The Shanghai Railway Intermediate People's Court sentenced Jiang Yong to 15 years in prison and confiscated assets of 60,000 yuan (US$87,768) after he was convicted of drug trafficking, court officials said yesterday.

Jiang, 34, from Sichuan Province, was found carrying crystal methamphetamine in a railway station in Jiaxing City near Shanghai in May 25.
