City markets have been ordered to remove all milk powder and long-life liquid milk produced before September 14 off the shelves to undergo tests for melamine contamination, Shanghai Daily reported.

The Shanghai Industrial and Commercial Administrative Bureau yesterday made sure a national edict was followed.
