Two workers fell to their death from a tower crane at Huaneng Shanghai Shitongkou No.1 Power Plant around 3:50pm yesterday.

The crane was being tested for its load-bearing capacity during a quality inspection, when the two operators came crashing down. Authorities were still investigating the cause of the accident last night.
