The Putuo District People's Court has sentenced two persons to three years' jail for insurance fraud. The defendants, surnamed Wang and Guan, printed fake documents and sold the policies to ticketing agencies.

They sold nearly 20,000 fake policies and made more than 60,000 yuan (U$8,777), the court heard.
