A Shanghai court yesterday sentenced a man to death for killing the ex-husband of his lover. The convict, identified as Wang, was also charged with dismembering the victim's body and dumping the head along the railway tracks between Shanghai and Jiangsu Province.

The Shanghai Railway People's Court also sentenced Zhao Suyun, the victim's former wife and Wang's lover, to death, with a two-year reprieve. Their three accomplices are also in prison, the court said.
