New flooring is the product that most dissatisfies people renovating their homes, according to the latest survey by the local consumers' rights watchdog.

More than 70 percent of consumers surveyed said labels on flooring packages were confusing, as they didn't indicate what the product was made with, said Shanghai Consumers' Rights and Interests Protection Commission.
