Visiting Netherlands Prime Minister Jan Peter Balkenende watches a model of the Dutch Pavilion, known as the“Happy Street,”in Shanghai with local Dutch children. The Prime Minister signed a contract yesterday with the Shanghai World Expo organizers to participate in Expo Shanghai Online in 2010. The Dutch Pavilion is a pedestrian street that curves in the shape of the number 8, with 17 small houses elevated alongside it.
