Doctors from Huashan Hospital are struggling to diagnose and treat a patient with severe shaking of the head and limbs.

Doctors said they hadn't come across this condition before and it was extremely rare. A battery of tests has revealed pathological changes in the patient's cerebellum, brainstem and nerves. The patient is a 37-year-old woman surnamed Lu from Zhejiang Province.
