An Indonesian sailor helped the city's port police nab a vendor who allegedly sold tampered international phone cards to foreign seamen.

Wusong Port immigration police said the sailor stopped a police patrol car at the port on Tuesday and asked them to pick up a vendor, who he claimed had cheated him.
