A man who allegedly forced young women, including some university students, into prostitution and then threatened to expose their nude pictures when they wanted to stop was arrested yesterday. He was also alleged to have raped some of the women.

The Zhabei District Prosecutors' Office charged Jiang Huameng, a 26-year-old Shandong Province native, with organizing prostitution and rape.
