Vendors at the Shiliupu Fabric Market on Dongmen Road, Huangpu District, are waiting for a damage evaluation after the market suffered its third flood in 15 months on Sunday, after the building's water tank broke, Shanghai Daily reported.

Fifty stores in the 2,100-square-meter underground market were flooded. They will reopen this week and damaged fabric will be sold off at very low prices.
