A Sichuan Province native was sentenced to life in prison yesterday for trafficking drugs and guns from Chengdu, the provincial capital, in early June.

Liu Jun, 39, was caught trafficking 329 grams of the drug ice, a "gun of destruction" and four bullets, the Shanghai Railway Transport Intermediate People's Court said.
