Construction has begun on 10 elementary and high schools at five resettlement bases for residents moved from the World Expo site.

The 10 schools will be finished by August at the five settlement centers of Pujiang Town, Gucun Town, Caolu Town, Hangtou Town and Sanlin Town, the city's education authority said.
