Pudong New Area police have detained three Guangxi natives for stealing at the 2008 China International Tourism Mart. Police presence had been strengthened at the Shanghai New International Expo Center during the mart.

A man surnamed Liang and two accomplices were caught after stealing a woman's cell phone.
