Police have ruled that a trailer driver who overloaded his vehicle and used a wrong lane when passing through a toll station was guilty of accidentally killing a traffic assistant on duty.

The accident took place at 1pm on October 24 at the Xicen toll station on Huqingping Expressway, said traffic police.
