Police yesterday said they didn't detain any of the hundreds of outraged lottery-ticket buyers who created a disturbance at a vendor's outlet on Wednesday night in Jiading District after an expected 250,000 yuan (US$36,550) prize didn't materialize.

Police said despite the anger there was no property damage or injuries.
