Putuo District People's Court yesterday sentenced a man surnamed Wang to eight months in prison for inventing terrorist information.

Wang lost about 700 yuan (US$102) playing slot machines in a gaming parlor. To take revenge he called the police hotline 110 three times on May 31 to say there was a bomb in the game parlor.
