Dujiangyan City in quake-hit Sichuan Province will thank Shanghai people for their help in rebuilding the city after the May 12 earthquake by giving locals a VIP card to the southwestern city's two main scenic spots, said the Shanghai Charity Foundation yesterday.

Card holders can visit Qingcheng Mountain and Dujiangyan, an ancient irrigation system, free of charge for life.
