A special panel of judges to handle anti-monopoly suits was appointed yesterday by the Shanghai No. 2 Intermediate People's Court.

The panel comprises seven judges from the intellectual property and administration courts, including a deputy director of the intermediate court. It will handle both civil and administrative lawsuits related to anti-monopoly laws with a senior judge presiding.
