The Shanghai No. 8 People's Hospital yesterday said it had successfully removed a huge tumor from a patient's liver. The patient, a 57-year-old man, was sent to the hospital on December 2. Doctors spent four hours removing the tumor, 11 centimeters by 10 centimeters. The patient is recovering well.
