Shanghai Daily news

The Luwan District People's Court sentenced a man surnamed Zeng, a Hong Kong native who worked in a local teahouse, to a year in prison and one year's probation for falsely reporting there were three bombs in a city bar.

Early on the morning of September 12, Zeng called police and said someone had put three bombs in a bar in Fuxing Park after he lost one of his cell phones there. About 50 customers and more than 20 employees were evacuated. Luwan District police caught Zeng on September 16.
