More than 10 million passengers are expected to use the city's ferries and cruise ships during the Spring Festival transport peak and restrictions will be placed on ticketing soon, Shanghai transport officials said yesterday, Shanghai Daily reported. 

The 40-day transport peak starts on January 11.
