Shanghai expects to establish partnerships with more foreign universities over the next four years to push ahead key technologies in health care and environment protection, Shanghai Daily reported.
"Health and the environment are vital for residents and the city's sustainable development," Fu Guoqing, director of the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission's international cooperation department, said yesterday at a scientific innovation forum between Shanghai and France.
