Students back out of labor agreements

University officials are warning graduates not to buy counterfeit employment agreements online, a common practice for students who don't want to pay a financial penalty for breaking a contract, Shanghai Daily reported.

The warning came after some university students were found buying employment agreements, a transitional document signed before a formal labor contract is legal, from their peers over the Internet.
