Shanghai has altogether 75 creative industry parks. Local creative industries will focus on five areas during the Eleventh Five-Year period¡ªdesigns for R&D projects, architecture, culture & media, consultation, and fashion & consumption, Lou Rongmin, deputy director of Shanghai Copyright Bureau said at the lecture.
