A ferry wharf, 11 landscaped office buildings and a 500-meter-long green corridor have breathed new life along Shanghai's Suzhou Creek, Shanghai Daily reported.

By the end of this year, another 1.5-kilometer green corridor will be completed and linked to the first, according to a Putuo District government plan for the creek's development.
