Vice mayor of Miami Beach Jerry Libbin and his delegation yesterday paid a special visit to Deke Erh, a Shanghai photographer, to share their experiences about preserving art deco buildings in the two cities, Shanghai Daily reported. 

"I was very surprised when I first saw the album captured by Erh about the art deco buildings in Shanghai, because we have similar buildings in Miami," Libbin said. "We know how important it is to save these old buildings, as they have become the future of Miami."
