Shanghai's top students yesterday
collected the 26 gold medals they won at this year's National Skills Contest for
Vocational Schools. A total of 45 students from 16 local schools also collected
17 second prizes and four third prizes. The contest tests skills which included
computer engineering and applications, electrical engineering, cooking, car
maintenance, fashion design and hairdressing.
