The Minhang
District Prosecutor's Office has approved the arrest of a man who conned and
robbed homosexual men.
The accused would befriend gay men by pretending
to be one himself, give them sleeping pills, which he claimed were Viagra, and
then steal their cash and valuables when they were asleep.
