Outpatient services at local hospitals will not be available from Monday through next Sunday due to the National Day holidays, Shanghai Health Bureau officials said yesterday. Emergency services, however, will be available round-the-clock. Screening of children for melamine-related ailments will also be conducted during the holidays, the bureau said.
