Firemen hose down the tanker which exploded at a garage in Chengmai County, Hainan Province, on Tuesday leaving three dead and five injured. Two repairmen found the tanker’s oil outlets blocked and climbed inside but one fainted just before the tanker exploded. The accident is being investigated.—Xinhua
