The selected works of former Chinese President Jiang Zemin have been
published in languages of seven minority ethnic groups, sources with the Central
Party Literature Office said today.
The works in Mongolian, Tibetan, Uygur, Kazak, Korean, Yi and Zhuang ethnic
languages were published after two years of translation by the China Ethnic
Languages Translation Bureau, the sources said.
The Chinese version of the works, three volumes in total, was published in
August 2006.
The readings would help officials and people of the ethnic groups to better
understand and implement the "Three Represents" Thoughts, or the Communist Party
of China's party-building theory, and the Scientific Concept on Development, the
sources said.
