A special group of forecasters has been set up to monitor weather conditions during the 2007 Special Olympic Summer Games from October 2 to October 11, the Shanghai Meteorological Bureau said yesterday. The group has made arrangements to accurately forecast the weather and may use artificial rain dispersal methods if necessary, the bureau said.
