Pudong International Airport should lower prices in its restaurants and build more toilets in the main terminal hall, a member of the city's law-making body suggested yesterday, Shanghai Daily reported.

Zhang Youwen, director of the World Economy Research Institute at the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, made the suggestions in a bill he submitted to the annual plenary meeting of the Shanghai People's Congress.
