Shanghai Daily news
Wrap up warm this weekend. It's going to be freezing cold, with rain and
snow, from today until the middle of next week.
And there's no sign that it will get warmer soon, said the Shanghai
Meteorological Bureau.
Due to a cold front from the north, temperatures will be lower than normal.
The average over the week will range between three to four degrees Celsius,
dropping to zero downtown and one to three degrees below in suburban areas.
Forecasters are warning drivers that black ice may form on the roads
downtown, and road conditions in the suburbs could be treacherous, especially
early in the day.
