24/9/2004 13:30

The weather gods will likely shine on during the Chinese Grand Prix this weekend.
Local weather forecast is of stable conditions for the next four days.
It is expected to be partly cloudy with temperatures reaching a high of 28 degrees Celsius today, 29C tomorrow and leveling off to 27C on race day.
After two races of uncertain weather, the 16th round of the FIA Formula One World Championship, looks likely to enjoy perfect conditions all weekend.
The Shanghai race is the second new event to be included this year on the F1 calendar after Bahrain.
With the tickets for Sunday's race already sold out, the festival atmosphere is palpable in Shanghai with all stories relating to the race tucked into TV programs and newspapers.
Shanghai Chunqiu travel agency, the biggest ticketing agent for the race, said about 60 percent of the tickets it sold were purchased by companies and institutions for their employees as a bonus.
China's biggest metropolis is bustling as usual, with posters and promotions reminding its citizens of Formula One's debut in China.
"It's not really a surprise to see so much support from Chinese fans. The Formula One championships is a worldwide event and also popular here in terms of views on TV programs," Michael Schumacher said.
Organizers are preparing for a reception tonight after the race's first two free practices, and Schumacher, viewed by many Chinese as the spokesman for F1, will certainly be the leading actor.
Chinese Olympic champions Tian Liang and Guo Jingjing will join Schumacher at the beginning of the reception, delicately planned by the organizers to please Chinese spectators.
The race offers a big opportunity for Formula One teams and their sponsors to break into the biggest market on earth.
