Chinese mainland native Zhao Wei receives the Best Actress Award for her role in "A Time to Love" last night at the closing ceremony of the Eighth Shanghai International Film Festival. The Golden Goblet went to “The Village Album” by Mitsuhiro Mihara, while China’s “Gimme Kudos” earned the Jury Grand Prix and Best Screenplay Award during  closing ceremonies at the Shanghai Grand Theater.
