Synopsis:

It’s the story of Claude Mendelbaum, a doleful kind of guy with a rather un-sexy job and a mother who is losing her mind. He’s warm-hearted and timid, a bit heavy set. And he works in a supermarket. In short, he’s the kind of guy women pass by, Thus, he is alone, and has been so for two years now. But he can’t stand being alone anymore. He goes out looking for The Woman. He finds a partner in his crusade, Serge, a spiritual guy who is quite his opposite. Serge is a man who is afraid of nothing, not even of being laughed at. Our two buddies realize that the thing they were searching for was staring them in the face the whole time, without them knowing it: the true friendship.
