TO TAKE A WIFE
Synopsis: The film is about a family crisis after a marriage of 20 years. Viviane is a hairdresser whose dream is to own a car so that the whole family can enjoy the vacation in Tiberias. However, her insipid husband refuses to spend the vacation with her and the children by insisting on working and participating the Shabbat. Though Viviane holds out no hope of her husband, she refuses her adorer in order not to hurt her children. The problems between Viviane and her husband has not been solved even at the end of the film, which indicates that love between man and wife may fade due to the pressure of daily routines and the marked differences in their characters. The film also suggests it should be high on the agenda to regain sparks, love and liberty in a marriage at the moment.


OR MON TRESOR
Synopsis: Or and her mother led a poor and miserable life. In order to make a living, her mother had to be the prostitute but later was arrested, so Or had to face all kinds of adversities on her own. The only friend of her was the boy who lived in her neighborhood. He was the son of the boss of a restaurant. They boy had become the only consolation to her. They truly loved each other, but were doomed to be get apart as their large gap in identity. Later on, Or's mother came back. Under the pressure of life, Or bitterly followed her mother's path...

SOMETHING SWEET
Synopsis: A heart warming romantic tale of inopportune love between Tamar, a witty, beautiful pastry baker and the oldest of three daughters in a Jewish-Moroccan family, and... her youngest sister's fianc¨Ĥe.
Set against the backdrop of a small MOSHAV (agricultural village) in northern Israel, on the day of the middle-sister's wedding. Maya, the youngest, arrives to the celebration with Alon, a sharp Israeli businessman living in London. Alon's enchantment with the close-knit family, the simplicity of village life and serene landscape, opens his heart to an almost unattainable closeness with Tamar, and re-acquaintance with his alienated father.
Mysterious superstitions, Jewish-Moroccan ethnic music and sweet delicacies are intricately knotted into the triangle love affair and the tightly woven relationships.
